Meat Pie

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove fat from the meat and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Add cold boiled potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes to a pan with gravy and water to thin it out.

  3. Chop the onion and bring it to a boil; then simmer on a cooler part of the stove until the meat is tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.

  4. Once the meat is tender, place it in a baking dish and cover with baking powder biscuit crust.
