Raw Tomatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Do not pour boiling water on the tomatoes as it impairs flavor and crispness.

  2. Peel the tomatoes with a sharp knife and slice them.

  3. Place the sliced tomatoes in a glass dish.

  4. Season with pepper, coarse sea salt, and vinegar.

  5. Stir a piece of ice rapidly in the dressing before pouring it over the tomatoes.

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
