Another Berry Pudding

  1. Dissolve the baking powder in hot water.

  2. Spread the mixture onto a cloth.

  3. Pour the berries into the center of the cloth.

  4. Gather the cloth at the center and tie it securely.

  5. Place the wrapped pudding into boiling water and boil for three hours.

  6. Serve hot with a wine sauce.
