How to Boil Fish

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fill a kettle with water and bring it to a gentle boil.

  2. Add the fish only when the water is boiling.

  3. Keep the kettle covered to prevent dirt from falling in.

  4. Remove any scum that forms on the surface.

  5. Once the fish is cooked, gently lift it from the kettle.

  6. Allow the water to drain off before placing the fish on a clean napkin.

  7. Serve the fish immediately before it cools.
