Ingredients

Directions

  1. Remove oil, skin, and bones from the fish, then chop it on a plate and knead it with a little fresh butter.

  2. Mix a small quantity of white sauce with the minced fish and add the egg yolk.

  3. Heat the mixture until thick enough to spread on hot fried toast.

  4. For shrimps or prawns, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat, add the shrimps, and stir for a few minutes.

  5. Place the shrimps on hot fried toasts spread with pounded shell extract, dust with Nepaul pepper and a little mace, and serve quickly.
