Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

Prepare

  1. In a basin, stir 4 tablespoons of fine fruit jelly into 12 tablespoons of beaten egg gradually.

  2. Line pans with thin pastry.

Bake

  1. Fill the lined pans with the custard mixture.

  2. Bake for about 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
