Coffee, Ciiocolate, Etc

Ingredients

• cold water
• sugar
• iced water
• very delicate dried toast
• ladies' fingers

Directions

1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a mortar.

2. Add cold water and stir or mill gently over low heat until smooth like custard.

3. Pour the chocolate into deep cups.

4. Serve with a glass of sugar and iced water for each cup.

5. Accompany with narrow strips of dried toast or ladies' fingers.
