Wedding Cake Jubes
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare the jube mixture as previously described.
Pour a thin coating of the mixture into the tins, saving some for a white color.
Mix tartaric acid, carbonate of soda, and ground sugar to create a white mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of the white mixture to the remaining jube and stir briskly.
Spread the white jube over the set jube in the tins.
For a colorful jube, layer yellow at the bottom, white in the middle, and red on top, allowing each layer to partially set before adding the next.
Ensure the top layer is blood warm to prevent mixing of colors.
