What each ingredient does

Blackberries
Provide the main fruit flavor, color, and juice for the wine.
Sugar
Adds sweetness and provides the sugar that yeast ferments into alcohol.
Boiling spring water
Extracts flavor and color from the blackberries and dilutes the juice.
