Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare six tin pans of any size.

  3. Fill the pans with Mince Meat.

  4. Cover with Puff Paste, rolling it to a thickness of ¼ inch.

  5. Trim the edges with a knife and make a small opening at the top with a fork.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot, removing the tin pans before serving.

  8. Optionally, sprinkle a little sifted loaf sugar on top before serving.
