Jblly Moulded with Cherries

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour a little jelly at the bottom of a mould and let it harden.

  2. Arrange fresh cherries around the sides of the mould, remembering it will be inverted when served.

  3. Pour in more jelly to adhere the fruit, and let that layer set.

  4. Repeat layering with more fruit and jelly until the mould is full.

  5. If possible, chill the mould in ice until ready to serve.

  6. Wrap the mould in a cloth soaked in boiling water for one minute, then carefully turn out the jelly.
