Beef Frizzled

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pieces of beef fat slowly until enough liquid fat is obtained, then strain and return to the frying pan.

  2. Heat the fat, add the cold meat, and fry quickly until lightly browned on both sides. Remove and keep warm.

  3. Add the onion to the pan and fry until nicely browned.

  4. Add the cold potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and press them down in the pan.

  5. Fry until well browned, then turn and fry the other side.

  6. Arrange the potatoes on a hot dish, place the meat on top, and serve with a little gravy.
