Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Grate the zest of the oranges and mix with sugar.

  2. Add cold boiled potatoes to the mixture based on desired richness.

  3. Line a pie dish with puff pastry if desired.

  4. Pour the mixture into the pie dish.

  5. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until the top is nicely browned.

  6. Serve hot or cold, but it is nicer cold.
