Peppermint Water

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the peppermint into short lengths.

  2. Place it in a still and cover with water.

  3. Heat the still until it is near boiling.

  4. Adjust the fire to prevent boiling over; the slower it drops, the clearer the water will be.

  5. Bottle the water the next morning and cork it well after it has stood for 2-3 days.
