Spicy Fiesta Chicken & Sausage Casserole

This spicy casserole is one of my favorite recipes. Not only is it delicious, it also looks so appetizing with all the colors from the vegetables. I like to serve it with basmati rice and a crisp green salad. You can adjust the heat to your liking by adding more hot peppers or by using less.
