Directions
Make a pan of yeast as per the Home-Made Yeast recipe.
Mix in sifted and dried corn meal, kneading until thick enough to roll out.
Cut into cakes or crumble up.
Spread out and dry thoroughly in the shade.
Store in a dry place.
