Fill a biscuit press with the batter and seal the open end.
Cut a sheet of paper in half and fold it to mark a straight line down the center.
Hold the biscuit press in your right hand and press the batter out while guiding the pointed end with your left hand.
Drop the batter in straight lines, about 3 inches long and ½ inch wide, forming two rows on the paper.
Once the sheet is full, place it on a large sheet of kitchen paper.
