Fried Carp a l’Allemande

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Marinate the Carp pieces in the fish marinade for 1 hour.

  2. Remove the Carp from the marinade and ensure all marinade is removed.

  3. Coat the Carp pieces in flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. Heat hot fat in a frying pan and fry the larger pieces first until golden brown.

  5. Fry the smaller pieces in the same way.

  6. Place the fried Carp on a napkin in a dish, dust with salt, and squeeze lemon juice over it.

  7. Garnish with lemon halves and fried parsley, then serve.
