Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the finely chopped meat with other ingredients until moist but shapeable.

  2. Take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a cylinder using both hands.

  3. Roll the shaped croquettes gently on a board sprinkled with crumbs.

  4. Let them rest on the board until all are shaped, reshaping any that flatten.

  5. Dip each croquette in beaten eggs, then roll in crumbs until fully coated.

  6. Fry in boiling fat in small batches, ensuring they do not touch each other, until golden brown.

  7. Remove and drain on paper.
