Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season the meat slices with pepper and coarse sea salt.

  2. Fold each slice in a well-buttered piece of white writing paper.

  3. Twist the ends closed to prevent the fire from catching them.

  4. Broil the wrapped slices over a slow fire for 5 to 7 minutes on each side.

  5. Serve them in their papers without any sauce.
