Meat Puddings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Roast the beef and serve it with gravy, removing any fat.

  2. Serve with carrots and potatoes, or separately.

  3. If using an ordinary dish, layer potatoes over carrots and add sliced onions.

  4. Place the beef on a rack and cover it with a piece of fat.

  5. Coat the beef with pudding-paste.

  6. Once cooked, remove the paste and brown the meat.
