Giblet Pie

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stew the cleaned giblets with water or gravy, onion, black pepper, and sweet herbs until nearly done.

  2. Let the mixture cool.

  3. If giblets are not enough to fill the dish, place a steak of beef or veal, or 2-3 mutton steaks at the bottom of the pie dish.

  4. Add the gravy to the pie.
