Methods Op Mixing Flour, Etc
Ingredients
Directions
In a bowl, make a hole in the center of the flour.
Stir yeast into warm water (90°F) and let it settle for a few minutes.
Pour the clear yeast mixture into the hole in the flour and stir to form a thick batter.
Cover with flour, then a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place (60°F to 70°F) for 1-2 hours until bubbles appear.
Add the remaining warm water with dissolved salt to the batter, stirring in more flour as needed.
Knead the dough with your hands, using flour to prevent sticking, until well combined.
