  1. Divide the puff pastry in half and roll it out into a square as thin as possible.

  2. Place one half on a buttered baking sheet.

  3. Spread the half lightly with your choice of currant, strawberry, or raspberry jelly.

  4. Cover with the remaining half of the pastry, pressing the edges together.

  5. Mark the pastry into divisions and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
