Peppermint Water
Ingredients
Directions
Gather peppermint when fully grown but before it seeds.
Cut the leaves into short lengths and place them in a still.
Cover the peppermint with water.
Heat the still until it is near boiling, adjusting the fire to prevent boiling over.
Allow the still to drop slowly for clearer and stronger water.
Bottle the liquid the next morning and let it stand for 2-3 days to mellow the taste.
Cork the bottles well to preserve strength.
