To Distil Peppermint Water
Ingredients
Directions
Cut the peppermint into short lengths.
Fill your still with the peppermint and add enough water to fill it halfway.
Make a good fire under the still and bring it to a high boil.
Once the still begins to drop, adjust the fire to prevent boiling over.
The slower the still drops, the clearer and stronger the water will be.
The next day, bottle the distilled water and let it stand for three to four days before corking.
