Ingredients

Directions

  1. Shape the minced meat into small balls.

  2. Flatten each ball with a cutter to form rounds.

  3. Dust the rounds with flour and place them on a dish.

  4. Fry the rounds in hot oil until golden brown.

  5. For a better appearance, brush with beaten egg and dip in crushed vermicelli before frying.

  6. Alternatively, form the minced meat into walnut-sized balls, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, and fry to make croquettes.

  7. Serve hot on a dish covered with a napkin, garnished with fried parsley.
