Oranges Filled with Jelly

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut a round hole from the top of each orange, about the size of a coin.

  2. Use a small spoon to carefully remove the fruit without breaking the rind.

  3. Prepare orange baskets by cutting through the rind and separating it from the fruit.

  4. Fill the baskets with nearly cold, clear jelly or ratifias.

  5. Serve alternately with jelly-filled baskets.
