Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a serving dish, add some of the sauce you will use with the meat.

  3. Stew the grated Parmesan cheese with the sauce.

  4. Place the cooked meat or fish on top of the cheese mixture.

  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the meat.

  6. Cover the entire dish with more grated Parmesan.

  7. Bake in the oven until browned and serve with a thick sauce.
