Home Made Wines
Ingredients
Directions
Mix fruit, sugar, vegetable extract, malic acid, and water in a container.
Allow the mixture to ferment for about a day until bubbling begins.
For sweet wine, close the cask when fermentation noise almost stops.
For dry wine, prepare a barrel treated with sulfur and transfer the wine into it.
Clear the wine with isinglass and bottle it after about ten weeks.
