Meat Mince

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop the meat scraps into very small squares, removing any gristle.

  2. Chop the onion to the same size as the meat.

  3. In a stewpan, melt a bit of butter and add the meat and onion.

  4. Dredge in a little flour and let it brown slightly.

  5. Prepare a sauce with broth, flour, and butter, adding cream if using veal.

  6. Warm the minced meat in the sauce before serving.
