Marzipan Squares
Ingredients
Directions
Divide the marzipan into three parts and color and flavor each part to taste.
Roll out each piece to ½ inch thick using a rolling pin.
Brush the upper surface of one piece with cold water, then lay another piece on top.
Moisten again and place the third piece on top.
Moisten the top and place a piece of rice paper on it, rubbing gently until it sticks.
Carefully turn it over and cover the other side with rice paper in the same way.
Place on a wire tray and leave for a few hours to dry.
Cut into cubes, slices, diamonds, or patterns as desired.
