Marzipan Green Logs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take a piece of white marzipan and roll it into a pencil shape about 6 inches long and the thickness of a pipe stem.

  2. Flatten a piece of pink marzipan into a strip the same length, ½ inch thick, and wide enough to wrap around the white marzipan.

  3. Moisten the pink marzipan strip slightly with water, wrap it around the white marzipan, and roll them together until united.

  4. Roll out a piece of pale green marzipan and cover the pink marzipan in the same way.

  5. Coat the log with chocolate coating and roll it in minced pistachios.

  6. Allow it to dry, then cut diagonally into logs and discs.
