Lining Jelly Moulds
Ingredients
Directions
Take a jelly mould and hold it in your hand.
Pour a little jelly into the mould, turning it to coat every part.
Start by lining the top and work down to the edge.
Ensure the jelly is just liquid for quick setting.
Have two basins ready: one with hot water and one with cold water.
If the jelly cools too soon, briefly place it in the hot water; if too liquid, set it in the cold.
If using fruit or garnish, add a little more jelly to set it before filling the mould.
