Elder Vinegar

  1. Strip elderflowers from the stalk and dry them on a sheet of paper.

  2. Once completely dry, place the flowers into glass bottles.

  3. Fill the bottles with vinegar and cork them tightly.

  4. Let it sit for 5 to 6 weeks before using.
