To Distil Lavender Water

  1. Combine lavender-neps and water in a cold still.

  2. Heat slowly under a low flame to distill.

  3. Collect the distilled liquid in a pot.

  4. Continue distilling slowly until complete.

  5. Transfer the distilled liquid into bottles and seal tightly.
