For Crystalizing Grass
Ingredients
Directions
Dissolve 1½ pounds of rock alum in 3 pints of boiling water and let it cool.
In a wide-mouth vessel, hang a few grasses at a time in the solution.
Ensure the grasses are not too heavy to avoid breaking the stems.
You can reheat the alum solution to add more grasses.
Add a little coloring for variety if desired.
