Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the bacon over low heat, turning often to prevent curling and burning.

  2. Once cooked, place the bacon on a platter.

  3. In the hot bacon fat, break in the fresh eggs.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon of boiling water and cover tightly until a delicate white coating forms on the eggs.

  5. Serve the eggs on top of the bacon and garnish with parsley or celery tops.
