Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the tomatoes horizontally and remove the seeds.

  2. Sprinkle the tomatoes with minced chives or spring onion stems.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with black pepper and coarse sea salt.

  4. Add a larger amount of vinegar due to the sweetness of the tomatoes.

  5. Optionally, use tarragon or aromatic vinegar for added flavor.

  6. Sprinkle minced herbs and strips of capsicum over the salad.
