Green Fountain Sake

Ingredients

• 2 lbs rosin
• ¼ lb Burgundy pitch
• ¼ lb beeswax
• ¼ lb mutton tallow
• 1 oz oil of hemlock
• 1 oz balsam fir
• 1 oz oil of origanum
• 1 oz oil of red cedar
• 1 oz Venice turpentine
• ½ oz oil of wormwood
• ½ oz verdigris (finely pulverized)

Directions

1. Melt the rosin, Burgundy pitch, beeswax, and mutton tallow slowly.

2. When not too warm, add the oils and the finely pulverized verdigris.

3. Mix all ingredients in cold water until cool enough to roll.

4. Form into rolls 5 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
