To Make Orange Baskets Eor Jelly
Ingredients
Directions
Mark the handle of the orange evenly across the stalk end with a small knife, making a ½ inch wide mark.
Trace a line across the middle of the orange from one end of the handle to the other.
Cut through the rind with the point of a pen knife, being careful not to pierce the fruit.
Use a tea or dessert spoon to remove the quartered rind on either side of the handle.
Pass a pen knife under the handle and gently work a spoon between the orange and the basket until separated.
Press the fruit out carefully through one of the spaces on either side of the handle.
