Boiled Puddings
Ingredients
Directions
Grease a pudding mold or basin well with butter.
Lay a thickly buttered sheet of writing paper between the custard mixture and the cloth.
Tie the cloth securely over the mixture or close the lid of the mold.
Boil the pudding in water, ensuring the mold is full.
After boiling, let the pudding sit in the mold for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve immediately to prevent heaviness.
