Peppermint T Voter

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gather peppermint when fully grown and before it seeds.

  2. Cut it into short lengths and place it in a still.

  3. Cover the peppermint with water.

  4. Make a fire under the still; when near boiling, adjust the fire to prevent boiling over.

  5. Allow the still to drop slowly for clearer and stronger liquid.

  6. The next morning, bottle the liquid and let it stand for 2-3 days to remove the fiery taste.

  7. Cork the bottles well to preserve strength.
