Apricot Cheese Cake Mixture

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Line patty pans with rough puff pastry.

  3. Spread a little apricot jam in each pastry shell.

  4. In a bowl, cream the butter and almond extract together.

  5. Beat in the egg until well combined.

  6. Add the flour and baking powder, mixing until smooth.

  7. Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture on top of the jam in each pastry.

  8. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
