Filtered Coffee
Ingredients
Directions
Place a fine strainer in the upper cylindrical vessel of a French coffee biggin.
Add the finely ground coffee to the strainer.
Set a coarser strainer on top of the coffee, with a rod running from the center.
Pour boiling water over the coffee, ensuring it falls evenly like rain.
Set the pot in a warm place, allowing the water to filter through without boiling.
