Dessert Ice

Ingredients

• 1 to 1½ pints of mixture for each freezer
• salt (for freezing)

Directions

1. Pour the prepared mixture into the freezer.

2. Turn the handle of the machine to start freezing.

3. After 10-12 minutes, draw off the first charge into the cooler below.

4. Immediately recharge the machine.

5. If the second charge is insufficient, add a third charge.

6. Repeat this process for a total of four charges if necessary.
