Dried Vinegar Balls
Ingredients
Directions
Gather blackberries when just half ripe and dry them.
Pound the dried blackberries to a powder.
Mix the powder with a little strong white vinegar to form a stiff paste.
Shape the paste into balls the size of nuts.
Dry the balls well and store them in air-tight boxes.
To use, dissolve one ball in light white wine or a little stale beer.
