Ornamenting a Glazed Ham
Ingredients
Directions
Melt the clarified lard in a cup in the oven.
Add salad oil to the melted lard to make it thinner when cold.
Roll a sheet of stiff note-paper into a cone.
Pour a little hot lard into the cone.
Regulate the pressure on the cone to allow the melted lard to drop out in a thin stream.
Practice designs on a black tea tray before decorating the ham.
