Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Pig's feet
Provide the meat, skin and gelatinous connective tissue that give the dish its body.
Butter
Carries the bread crumbs and adds richness and help with browning on the grill.
Dry bread crumbs
Form a crisp, golden coating that browns over the grill heat.

The step that matters

Grill over a low fire, turning often. Low heat warms the meat through without burning the buttered crumb coating. Turning exposes every side evenly, so the crumbs brown rather than scorch.
