Small Ham, Glazed and Ornamented

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point. The book gives no cooking times either; the times in the steps were added in transcription, so check for doneness rather than trusting the clock.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the glaze according to your recipe or preference.

  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.

  4. Apply the glaze evenly over the ham.

  5. Place the ham in the oven and roast until heated through, about 1.5 to 2 hours.

  6. Decorate the ham with ornaments before serving.
